Leadership
A dream team to built and revolutionize operating rooms
Our team has built, scaled, and operated medical devices and AI technologies that power hospital care providers.
We are not guessing how hospitals work. We have lived it.
We have seen how technology has revolutionized surgery, from minimally invasive tools to robotic systems, improving precision and patient outcomes.
But we have also experienced every broken workflow inside the OR.
We have felt the pressure, the fatigue, and the burden that surgical teams, especially nurses, carry as they struggle to stay in control amid chaos.
Despite all the progress, and regardless of surgeon experience, one-third of surgery time is still spent on manual, nurse-dependent workflows focused on one task alone: ensuring nothing is left inside the patient’s body.
Every day, nurses spend up to 45 minutes per surgery manually counting and documenting hundreds of instruments before, during, and after each procedure.
It works, until it doesn’t.
Because humans get tired, distracted, and one mistake triggers a recount or an X-ray, extending anesthesia by up to an hour.
It is risk. It is trauma. It is cost.
These inefficiencies drain hospitals of 5 to 6 million dollars per operating room each year.
We are fixing what has been broken for decades.
To do it, we built a team uniquely capable of solving it.

TrackiMed is laying the foundation for the autonomous operating room.
We aim to redefine surgical efficiency by transforming today’s manual, nurse-dependent, and error-prone workflows into intelligent, automated, and data-driven systems.
Our purpose is clear.
No nurse should spend a single second on a task a machine can perform in seconds.
No hospital should lose a single minute of OR time to inefficiency.
By merging computer vision and voice AI, we build technology that sees, hears, and understands surgery in real time, empowering hospitals to reclaim time, cut waste, and relieve nurse burden.
Our goal is to turn the most complex, costly, and chaotic environment in healthcare into the most efficient room on Earth — one that is intelligent, autonomous, and human-empowering.
We design our platform with the end in mind:
No patient should ever be put at risk because of preventable workflow failures.
No hospital should lose time, money, or focus to inefficiency.
Tracki will reclaim OR time, eliminate waste, and enable surgical teams and nurses to focus fully on patient care.
